The John Mayer 30-day Challenge - Day 27 - Favorite interview
There are lots of serious interviews where he talks about his music, his thoughts about life, his career, his feelings, and so on, that I really adore and watch them over and over again.
But this one is really funny! They talk about a lot of shit and I can’t help laughing with him. I love it so much, he looks so relaxed and Alexa is a doll! :)

Eric Clapton - Reptile (Live)
Eric was one of the first that introduced me to Bossa rhythms. It was a pleasure seeing this as a kid in Los Angeles during his One More Car, One More Rider tour. Absolutely amazing.
“Somewhere along the way; somebody or some group of people instructed us that it is possible to feel ok all of the time. That the human mind should normally behave appropriate at all times. And if there is any part of your day or week or month that falls short of feeling 100 percent; there is something wrong with you.
Let me tell you what happens to everybody, but they won’t talk about it. Because they feel that it’s only them. Everybody freaks out. I want to show you something. That’s a xanax. Point 5 milligrams. You know why I keep going back to my doctor for more? Not because I take them. Because I run them through the laundry. These do not go through my blood stream; these go through my plumbing. But I’ve got my point 5 in my pocket in case I freak the fuck out in front of all of you. If you want to freak out; freak out! If you feel like all the sudden you’re sick and you want to cry; go do it! Just everybody accept that everybody is going to freak out. Yeah, everybody’s going to freak out! You’re not going to be 100 percent all the time!
Let me make it easy for you. You’re going to freak out. You’re going to have at least one point a week that doesn’t feel right. But maybe it doesn’t feel so wrong if you know that it is something that is supposed to happen to you. It is the other side of being conscious and loving. That there are going to be times when you have to hit control, alt, delete. You might be walking through an airport, you might be having the time of your life. In fact, it’s more likely to happen during the best part of your life. You might sit down in Cabo, put your feet in the sand, crack open a Corona and whine. That’s you not letting yourself have a good time. And I know there’s somebody out there going, “I want to go to the bathroom and go home”. ME TOO! Nobody wants to go home more than me, and I gotta play on stage every night. So what I’m trying to say to you, is fight on.”

John Mayer - PinkPop 2010 - Gravity
amazing!!
It’s hard to choose what’s the best performance of Gravity, but I’d stick with this one. Really really impressive.
“He broke your heart, but now you’ve got mine. And I don’t need a heart if I’ve got you, right?”
“Houstatlantavegas (You Used To Love Him)” - A Drizzy Drake Remix
Just a funky little rearrangement/rewrite I put together… don’t worry, this isn’t my big transition into acoustic-hiphop… or is it?
GABEREAL MIXTAPE 2012?!
(No, no it isn’t.)
Peace, love and lol.
I love this video for three main reasons.
1) He looks really happy and laid back.
2) It’s a medley of Sucker, Not Myself, Victoria, Karma Police (Radiohead Cover), My Stupid Mouth and Why Georgia.
3) Because of his beautiful speech in the end.

John Mayer - Covered In Rain at Post Gazette Pavilion 8/20/2008
For http://thekindofgreen.tumblr.com/ :)
ps: the very beginning is cut, but this is the best quality video I’ve found, so it’s worth it!
B. B. King and John Mayer duet at Guitar Center’s King of the Blues 2006.
Seriously, I was smiling like a silly girl watching this. If you like blues, this is pure bliss.

John Mayer Trio
Something’s Missing
Undiscovered gem, I like this one better cause he makes up for only having one guitar by making the part a little more complex. Good on ya.
Just make sure you do what he asks at 4:45. lol

David Ryan Harris ft. John Mayer & Bob Reynolds - Sweetest Berry
Performed on the Mayercraft Carrier 2, too good to see the three friends together, and Bob & John’s solo starting at 4:10 is really something!
